- Open a sound and click Discord-ready MP3.
- In Discord, go to Server Settings → Soundboard → Upload Sound.
- Choose the file, give it a name, set its volume and an emoji, and save.
- In a voice channel, open the soundboard panel next to the mic controls and click it.

Yes. Every sound is generated from code in your browser, so there are no licensing restrictions. Download as many as you like.
What format does Discord's soundboard need?
Discord's own guidance is an MP3 of up to 512 KB and about 5 seconds. The "Discord-ready MP3" button on each sound produces exactly that.
How do I upload a sound to a Discord server?
Server Settings → Soundboard → Upload Sound. Pick the MP3, set a name, volume and emoji, then save. You need the Create Expressions (or Manage Expressions) permission.
Can I use sounds on Discord mobile?
You can play sounds already uploaded to a server's soundboard from the mobile app. Uploading is easiest on desktop.
