A sine wave at 1319 Hz with a quieter octave above it, fading over about a second. It is rendered in your browser with the Web Audio API each time, so the file you download is generated on your device.

How do I add the correct answer sound to Discord's soundboard?

Click "Discord-ready MP3", then in Discord open Server Settings → Soundboard → Upload Sound, choose the file, name it and pick an emoji. You need the Create Expressions permission on the server.
