AI voice lines for your soundboard
Stream alerts, raid call-outs, a butler announcing your entrance. Lines are generated as audio clips, placed on the first empty pad and saved in your browser.
AI where it helps, DSP where it is faster
Many "AI voice changers" upload your voice to a server, run a voice-conversion model and send it back. That can sound impressive but adds seconds of delay, which rules out live chat. VoiceFX splits the job: AI reasons about what a "tired knight in a helmet" should sound like and picks settings once; the pedals then run on your device in milliseconds.

What does the AI voice changer do?
Two things. The designer turns a text description ("a nervous robot butler") into settings for the twelve effect pedals, which then run live on your mic. The voice-line maker speaks a short line with an AI voice and adds it to your soundboard.
Is my voice sent to the AI?
No. Only the text you type is sent. Your microphone audio is processed locally by the effect rack and never uploaded.
Can it clone a celebrity or a friend's voice?
No. VoiceFX does not clone voices. The designer builds generic effects in a style, and the voice lines use stock AI voices. Cloning a real person without consent raises legal and ethical problems.
Which AI models are used?
Preset design and the setup helper use OpenAI GPT-6 Luna; voice lines use Google Gemini 3.8 Flash TTS, both via Vercel AI Gateway.
Is there a limit?
Yes, a few requests per minute per visitor, so the free AI features stay available for everyone. The effects rack itself has no limits.
